As you’d expect, I have acquired a large number of apps for my iPhone. I don’t use them all, but since the App Store opened last year, I now own a total of XX apps. I’ll usually try them out for a little while and then delete them from my iPhone if I end up not liking them or find that I’m not using them at all over time.

Dear Marianne Schultz,
thank you for your great insight into what app developers should and shouldn’t be doing.
It’s also great advice for newbie app reviewers.
I’ve been slowly getting into the app review world and was looking for some kind of good & useful advice to help me get started in the professional app review ‘game’.
If you are ever so inclined, I would welcome any advice on what you consider a good vs great review of an app.
Thank you for helping the rest of us find a good app in web of time wasters.
PS I don’t know what your thoughts are on bad spelling and grammar, but I can’t stand it when a developer or reviewer can’t (or is too lazy) to write a correct sentence, especially since spellcheckers are auto-built into every program out there.
I often won’t even consider an app if the developer doesn’t spend that extra effort. Who knows where or what else they ignore. What’s you’re opinion on this?
Thanks in advance if you find the time to respond (since I know what it means to get email overload.)
